* For first time client A 25% non-refundable deposit required and is applied to the total cost of the service.

* guests are not allowed. Only children being serviced are allowed 1 guardian to supervise them.
* Come with your hair washed and blow dried ready for service if you’re getting braids.
* Unless you’re getting full service your hair doesn’t need to be pre washed.
If the style you want isn’t an option on the booking site, please text 202-351-1249 for more assistance. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for a response.

* $20 late fee after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be returned.
* HAIR CAN BE PROVIDED, color 1, 1B, color 2, color 4, color 1b/27, color 1b/30
* If you are picky, have a bad attitude or bring bad stress to my business because you are not clear with what you want, we will not service you. Your deposit will be forfeited.
* All no calls no shows will be charged.
